HOW LONG AFTER ORDERING IS MY ORDER SHIPPED?
All orders are processed and ship within 1–3 business days. Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days within the USA.
WHICH CARRIER DO YOU USE?
We ship using UPS and USPS depending on the product and destination. For international shipments, your local mail carrier will handle and deliver the item once it enters your country.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO ARRIVE?
Estimated delivery times after shipment:
- USA – Within 2–5 business days
- Canada – Within 4–10 business days
- Europe – Within 2–7 business days
- Australia / New Zealand – Within 5–15 business days
- Rest of the World – Within 5–20 business days

I DIDN'T RECEIVE MY ORDER
Please email us at hello@namedandloved.com with your order number from your confirmation email. We'll help track down your order right away.
WHAT ABOUT CUSTOMS FEES / TAXES?
We do our best to ensure your item arrives as smoothly and quickly as possible, including labelling the package with all relevant customs information.
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees upon delivery. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient. Please check with your local customs office for guidance on applicable fees for items shipped from the USA.
CANCELLATIONS & EXCHANGES
CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?
We begin processing orders as quickly as possible. If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us immediately at hello@namedandloved.com. We'll do our best to accommodate your request before the order ships.
Please note that personalized or custom-made items may not be eligible for cancellation once production has begun.
MY ITEM IS DAMAGED OR INCORRECT — WHAT DO I DO?
Please contact our support team immediately if your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Include a photo of the item and your order number. We'll arrange for a replacement as quickly as possible. Please do not return items without authorization from our support team first.
MY ITEM LOOKS DIFFERENT FROM THE ONLINE LISTING
We make every effort to accurately represent all products. Some listings use high-quality renderings to show product designs. If you believe your item has a defect or looks significantly different from what was shown, please send photos and your order ID to our support team for review.
