Where is my order? Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking email. Orders typically process in 1–3 business days. US delivery takes 2–5 business days after shipping.

What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be in original condition with tags and packaging. To start a return, email us at hello@namedandloved.com.

Do you ship internationally? Yes! We ship to Canada (4–10 days), Europe (2–7 days), Australia/NZ (5–15 days), and most other countries (5–20 days).

Can I cancel or change my order? Contact us as soon as possible at hello@namedandloved.com or (702) 994-1217. We'll do our best to accommodate changes before the order ships.

Are your products covered by a guarantee? Yes — if you're not completely satisfied within 30 days, we'll make it right. No stress, no risk.
