Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Domestic Shipping (United States) Standard shipping typically takes 4–10 business days after processing. Expedited options may be available at checkout. All orders include tracking, and you'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

International Shipping We ship worldwide. International orders typically arrive within 7–21 business days after processing, depending on destination and customs clearance. Tracking is provided via your country's national carrier (Royal Mail, Canada Post, Australia Post, etc.).

Customs, Duties & Taxes International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, tariffs, or taxes imposed by their country. Named and loved is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Lost or Delayed Packages If your order has not arrived within 8 weeks of shipment, contact us at hello@namedandloved.com and we will reship at no additional cost, provided the correct shipping address was entered at checkout.
