Shipping & returns
How long will my order take to arrive?
Every piece is made to order just for you. Orders are processed in 2–5 business days (no weekends or holidays), then US delivery typically takes 4–10 business days. International orders typically arrive within 7–21 business days after processing.
How much is shipping?
US orders ship free on orders of $50 or more. US orders under $50 ship for $5.99. International shipping is calculated at checkout.
How can I track my order?
As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking number so you can follow it all the way to the door.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Because personalized items are made just for you with the name you choose, they can't be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective, or wrong. Non-personalized items can be returned within 30 days of delivery if unused and in their original packaging. Please email hello@namedandloved.com to start a return. What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?
Please inspect your order when it arrives and email hello@namedandloved.com right away with a photo. We'll make it right.
Will I pay customs fees?
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes charged by their country. These are set by local governments and are outside our control.

How many characters can I put on a name necklace?
Name necklaces fit up to 11 characters. Names are cut exactly as you type them, including capital letters, so please double-check spelling. Accents, emojis, and non-English characters aren't supported.
What finishes are available?
Most name necklaces come in Polished Stainless Steel or 18k Yellow Gold Finish. You'll see the options for each piece on its product page.
Does the necklace come gift-ready?
Yes. Choose the Standard box or upgrade to the Luxury box on the product page, so it arrives ready to give.
